What's New in New Westminster?

New West, as its residents like to call it, has extremely well used space filled with parks, boutiques, galleries, and restaurants. If you're choosing a neighborhood you've got Downtown, Westminster Quay, Uptown-Brow-of-the-Hill, West End and Queensboro to choose from.

They all have distinct styles and identities, from slower-paced residential to bustling downtown. The Fraser River runs right through the middle which means there's waterfront appeal and all the water sports that come with. Whether you're a history buff, an outdoor lover, a foodie, artistically inclined or a shopaholic, prepare to fall in love with New Westminster.

Location, Location, Location!

Westminster Pier Park turned a crumbling industrial sinkhole into a park-like promenade. At the end of the park sits the newly revitalized River Market at Westminster Quay. Probably the coolest "mall" ever built. The lower downtown streets are filling up with trendy restaurants and indie stores as well as microbreweries and "donutoriums" (who knew that was a thing? Love it!) If you think your cool enough to live here, join the cue. Apartments and condos are in high demand and for good reason!
