The modern and fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals, including an oven and dishwasher. You can enjoy your food in the comfort of the dining area, surrounded by a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. The apartment offers two bedrooms, one with a comfortable double bed and the other with a fun bunk bed. The modern furnishings and attention to detail make the private spaces welcoming and pleasant. The bathroom, also recently renovated, is equipped with all the necessary comforts. Please note that bills are NOT INCLUDED. In order to track the consumption of the utilities, checks of the meters will be done at the beginning and at the end of the stay to calculate the bills amount. For stays longer than two months, the landlord will ask guests to send the meters checks monthly so that guests won't be charged a higher price and their consumption will be under control. There is a condominium fee of to be paid monthly. Internet is 30 euros per month. Each guest is required to pay for Florence tourist tax in cash upon check-in.
