If the landlord does not receive all the necessary documentation previously requested by email and payment of the full amount before check in, he will have to pay an additional 181,50€ for a last-minute contract. Days before the move, they will contact you to set the check-in time. ATTENTION: If the reservation is made ON THE SAME DAY, check-in must take place at least 48 HOURS LATER.
