Our private studios range in size from 173 to 342 square feet and have private bathrooms, small refrigerators, cabinets, countertops and sinks. The top floor studios also have lofts, opening up extra height and living space space. The shared kitchens are the centerpiece of daily community activity at Freya. There are full kitchens on each floor and a laundry room that are shared amongst members of that floor. All but one floor also have a den off the kitchen as well.

Freya is a new coliving community in Northwest Seattle designed around friendship. It is a collection of studio apartments with additional shared kitchens on each floor and a main gathering space + big communal kitchen on the ground floor. We’re currently running an artist-in-residence program, bringing together a dozen creatives to live alongside early residents as the community forms!
