When you drive by the property, you will see how it stands out from all properties in the area. I've planted many trees so that as they grow, they will shade the property (hopefully your future home) from the Arizona heat and give a dimension to our property that is different than others. I want my tenants to be proud of where they live.

* I love pets and do not charge pet rent. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee. Also to note, I'm fanatical about cleaning up after your pet. If you leave your dog droppings without picking it up, you will pay many,
