I tell you this because I'm more interested in finding the right long-term tenant to fits into my small community than renting it to the first person that applies. I've learned the hard way, if I rent a place to the wrong person, it will change the dynamics of our entire community.

When you drive by the property, you will see how it stands out from all properties in the area. I've planted many trees so that as they grow, they will shade the property (hopefully your future home) from the Arizona heat and give a dimension to our property that is different than others. I want my tenants to be proud of where they live.
