We accept tenants between the ages of 18 and 35 years old and up to 50 years old but just in summer, between JUNE-AUGUST. The bed does not include sheets or pillows, only the mattress cover. SERVICES AND RELEVANT INFORMATION: Possibility of maintenance service. Possibility of registration. Customer service, inquiries, general issues during your stay. Contract for a minimum stay of 1 month and a maximum of 12 months with the possibility of renewal. Form of payment for all costs: Bank transfer, leaving the entire amount paid before check in. GENERAL CONDITIONS: If the bank account is from a foreign country, an approximate charge of 38 EUR will be charged (this may vary). Once your reservation is paid, you will receive a single welcome email from your landlord with all the information and instructions you need and where you will be asked for personal documentation and bank details to complete the rental agreement. If the landlord does not receive all the necessary documentation previously requested by email and payment of the full amount before check in, you will have to pay an additional 181,50 EUR (this may vary) for a last-minute contract. Days before the move-in, Landlord will contact you to set the check-in time. A fee of 119 EUR will be charged when Checking-out.
