HOUSE RULES - It is not allowed to have guests in the house during the day - Overnight guests can be accepted at an additional cost of 20 euros per night and by agreement with the owner. If a tenant hosts someone without informing the landlady, they will pay a penalty of an entire month's rent. - The landlord wants to keep the house clean and will visit the house once every 10 days. The damage caused and the costs of repairing the appliances will be borne by the tenants. If a tenant does not respect the maximum cleaning, the contract will be considered concluded after the loss of the deposit. Upon arrival, you must bring the deposit money in cash. It is absolutely important to make a detailed video that will serve as an inventory. In case of early departure, before the contract is concluded, the security deposit will not be returned. Please note that due to gas supply issues that may affect heating, we suggest that all tenants wear fleece sheets and blankets and that they wear clothes suitable for winter temperatures even inside the house. It is absolutely forbidden to bring bicycles and scooters into the room.
