The unit has a designated parking spot &; street parking. You can walk to the grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants, Dana Point Harbor, Doheny Beach, and more. Small dogs (under 15 lbs) with pictures are allowed with a pet fee. No cats. No smoking of any items. No drugs. The owner pays for utilities (max $200), including a gardener and starter toiletries.
