The admin fee corresponds to the cleaning fee to be paid at move-out. Utility charges are excluded from the total cost of your stay and will have to be paid separately, based on actual consumption: therefore, they will be calculated from the day of check-in. Our Staff will take an initial reading and a final meter reading, and utility charges must be settled before check-out. In case of non-payment, the due amount of utilities will be taken from the security deposit. Contract registration tax equal to 1 percent of the fee, Stamp duty equal to 32 EUR, Contract registration service equal to 25 EUR and 50 EUR for assigning a temporary Tax Code (the latter only for non-residents of Italy). Check-in: 12:00 - 00:00 Check-out: 10:00 The rent payments following the first need to be done within 15th day of the current month. The deposit needs to be paid before the arrival.
