Our pet policy for most properties is that 2 pets possible if the tenant has a credit score of 700 or more. Tenants are required to immediately pay an additional $300 pet deposit and additional $25 per month per pet rent.

Roommates can combine their income to reach the threshold of income being double the rent or the income of a co-signer can be added if approved.
