Puerta del Sol is 10 minutes away, the apartment is very close to Madrid's cultural triangle. There are many gastronomic and leisure options around the apartment. The rental price includes supplies of: (electricity, water, natural gas, 1G fiber-optic internet and weekly cleaning of common areas). The apartment has a smart TV and an international youth atmosphere. RENTAL CONDITIONS: The contracts are biweekly: If you sign a contract between the 1st and 15th of a given month, the full month must be paid. However, if you sign a contract between the 16th and 30th of a given month, you only have to pay half a month. Check-in time: 14:00 h - 19:00 h (Monday to Friday, weekdays). Departure time: 9:30am - 12:00pm (Monday to Friday, weekdays.) Check-in/out outside working hours, weekends or holidays: 80 Euros (Check-in after 22:00 is not possible).
