The flat is ideally located, close to many shops, restaurants and other local amenities, as well as several universities such as Universidad Carlos III de Madrid: Campus Madrid - Puerta de Toledo and UPM: Escuela Técnica Superior de IngenierÃa y Diseño Industrial. Nearby, you'll also find quite a few neat points of interest such as Real JardÃn Botánico!\r\nThe apartment consists of eight bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and two bathrooms. Charming, well located and with a very homely atmosphere, this place has everything you might need to have a great experience abroad. \r\n\r\nKeep in mind that the landlord will only accept bookings from tenants between the age of 18 until 30 years old.\r\n\r\nGet ready to have a memorable academic adventure!
