Small dogs only, no more than 2 pets. Tenant pays electric only, everything else is covered by the landlord. Renters insurance is required for all tenants. Household income must be a minimum of 2x the monthly rent. Application(electronic) is required along with background check and credit check. Section 8 vouchers are not accepted for this property.
